DER URZUSTAND<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Die Lehre des Dzogchens ist in ihrer Essenz die Lehre vom Urzustand des Seins, das wahre Bewusstsein jedes f\u00fchlenden Wesens seit anfangsloser Zeit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Diesen Zustand zu erfahren bedeutet, sich selbst als das zu erleben, was man ist als das Zentrum seines Erlebens und des Universums, frei von Selbstbezogenheit und Ich erleben.
Das auf sich selbst ausgerichtete Bewusstsein im normalen dualistischen Erleben, trennt uns von der Erfahrung unserer eigenen wahren Natur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Das Verst\u00e4ndnis vom Urzustand ist das Verst\u00e4ndnis der Lehre des Dzogchen.
Um diesen Zustand zu erfahren braucht man kein besonderes Wissen weder kulturell noch intellektuell.
Der Urzustand ist jenseits von Intellektuellem verstehen oder Konzepten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Das Dzogchen vermittelt ist selbst frei von kulturellen Traditionen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Teaching Beyond Time<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Dzogchen, often translated as \u201cThe Great Perfection\u201d,<\/strong> is regarded as the highest and most direct path within Tibetan Buddhism. It is not a philosophy or a belief system, but a living transmission that points directly to the natural state of the mind\u2014free, luminous, and spontaneously present.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While most commonly associated with the Nyingma school of Tibetan Buddhism, Dzogchen\u2019s origins trace back to India, where timeless teachings on the nature of awareness were received from primordial Buddhas such as Samantabhadra. These teachings were first transmitted to humanity through the realised master Garab Dorje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Garab Dorje passed the teachings to Manjushrimitra, who then entrusted them to Sri Singha. Through Sri Singha\u2019s disciple Vimalamitra, and through the great master Padmasambhava, Dzogchen teachings were brought into Tibet, where they were preserved through unbroken oral and treasure lineages.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Longchenpa: The Voice of The Vast Expanse<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Among the great Tibetan masters who illuminated the Dzogchen path, Longchen Rabjam (1308\u20131364), known simply as Longchenpa, holds a revered place. A scholar, yogi, and poet, Longchenpa articulated the vast view of Dzogchen with unmatched clarity and beauty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In his extensive writings, especially the Seven Treasuries, he emphasised that Dzogchen is not something to be attained through effort, but a recognition of the awakened nature that is already present. He described the nature of mind as effortlessly radiant, free from fabrication, and naturally compassionate.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Key Concepts in Dzogchen: Recognising the Nature of Mind<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Great Perfection is experiential. To help guide the practitioner into direct realisation, the Dzogchen tradition describes three essential stages or aspects: rigpa, trekch\u00f6, and t\u00f6gal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rigpa (\u0f62\u0f72\u0f42\u0f0b\u0f54\u0f0b) \u2014 Pristine Awareness<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rigpa is the central term in Dzogchen. It refers to the clear, non-dual awareness that knows itself. This awareness is not something newly created or cultivated\u2014it is the unconditioned presence that has always been there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When one recognises rigpa, even for a moment, there is a glimpse of vastness and ease. The duality of subject and object drops away. One no longer stands apart from experience, but abides as pure awareness within it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trekch\u00f6 (\u0f41\u0fb2\u0f7a\u0f42\u0f66\u0f0b\u0f46\u0f7c\u0f51\u0f0b) \u2014 Cutting Through<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trekch\u00f6 means \u201ccutting through.\u201d It is the practice of cutting through the tendency to grasp, analyse, or manipulate thoughts and experiences. Through trekch\u00f6, the practitioner learns to rest in the natural state without interference or modification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a radical simplicity. Trekch\u00f6 invites us to release the constant impulse to improve, fix, or fabricate. What remains is presence\u2014clear, open, and unshakable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

T\u00f6gal (\u0f50\u0f7c\u0f51\u0f0b\u0f62\u0f92\u0f63\u0f0b) \u2014 Direct Crossing<\/p>\n\n\n\n

T\u00f6gal, meaning \u201cdirect crossing\u201d or \u201cleap over,\u201d is a visionary practice that arises once rigpa has been recognised and stabilised. It involves specific gazes and postures that activate the channels of the subtle body and reveal the spontaneous display of luminous appearances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

T\u00f6gal is said to accelerate the realisation of the rainbow body, the full integration of awareness and form. These visionary experiences are not imagination, but expressions of pure awareness itself\u2014unfolding as light, colour, and mandala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Path in Unity<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rigpa, trekch\u00f6, and t\u00f6gal are not separate stages, but mutually supporting aspects of one path:
\u2022 Rigpa is the recognition of one\u2019s true nature.
\u2022 Trekch\u00f6 is the deep resting in that recognition.
\u2022 T\u00f6gal is the radiant flowering of that awareness into all appearances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is the path of Dzogchen\u2014not the gradual construction of a better self, but the unveiling of what has always been complete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Receiving the Living Transmission<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Though the view is simple, its depth can only be fully understood through direct experience and the guidance of a qualified teacher. Without authentic transmission, it is easy to mistake conceptual understanding for realisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As the tradition states: \u201cWithout a master, the path is uncertain. With a master, even a single word may reveal the sky.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

HE Kharchen Rinpoche offers the Great Perfection teachings in their full integrity, rooted in lineage and expressed with great compassion for modern students. These teachings are not distant or inaccessible\u2014they are a living doorway to one\u2019s own true nature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
